Reverend Alegria loves gardening, landscaping and cooking, so we can look forward to meals at Lakeway with barbecue, fried fish, and many other delicious entrees!
What do you see as the future for this Community?
I believe that the church should be representative of its community in many differing ways.
As the community grows, so should the church.
The church is called to make disciples of Jesus Christ, so that the world be transformed in his likeness.
The church should always be mission-minded, in many and creative ways.
There is a great deal more to write about when I become familiar with the community and its priorities…
What do you do in your free time?
I enjoy cooking BBQ, woodworking, calligraphy, horticulture and seeing what is the possibility of a sustainable community garden.
I will get reacquainted with fishing.
Are there any sports you like to watch?
I enjoy watching the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers. I support our local high school teams. Especially when our youth participate in band or football or other activities…
